Bentonville, Arkansas Dentist
Lindsay English, DDS
I began my dental career at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Since then, I have continued my education in many aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic services, endodontics, and implant placement. I am also active in the dental community as a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.
I believe it is important to look at the patient as a whole person and not just as a set of teeth. There are so many things that oral health affects, everything from a sense general well-being to protecting your heart from serious infections. So often, I find that patients will mention how it hurts behind their ears, or that they have constant headaches that seem to be getting worse, or muscle soreness, which all can be helped by discovering they have a tooth that needs to be fixed. It’s such a joy to hear later how much better the patient feels. I also appreciate that I have the opportunity to fix things before they become an issue. It’s so much better to prevent an issue rather than wait until a patient is in pain and more extensive work needs to be done.
A native of Fort Smith, AR, I now live in Springdale where I enjoy the farm life with my horses, donkeys and dogs. I am also very close with my parents and sister who live nearby. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time outdoors, especially around horses or with my dogs in tow. I always look forward to weekend trips to the lake and river. I am an avid reader and love curling up on a rainy day with a good book.
I appreciate the opportunity to improve the lives of those in my community in whatever small way I can.
